International Affiliate Campaign Manager

This is a strategic role where you’ll build and lead international affiliate campaigns business initiatives. You’ll be responsible for identifying global affiliate partners, launching and managing campaigns, and driving measurable performance outcomes for brands, networks, and agencies.

You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders across multiple geographies to ensure high-quality delivery, optimisation, and growth of campaigns.

 

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development

- Identify, onboard, and manage international affiliates, publishers, and ad networks across multiple regions.

- Build strong relationships with global performance marketing partners, including agencies, sub-networks, and freelance traffic providers.

- Pitch and onboard international brands seeking affiliate or performance-based marketing solutions.

Campaign Management

- Plan, launch, and optimise international campaigns across CPS, CPL, CPA, CPR, and CPI models.

- Coordinate between advertisers and publishers to ensure smooth execution and delivery of campaign KPIs.

- Manage tracking, pixel integrations, offer setup, and reporting through affiliate platforms or third-party systems.

Performance & Optimisation

- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimise for ROI, scale, efficiency and merchant KPIs.

- Analyse traffic sources, conversion funnels, and fraud patterns to maintain campaign quality.

- Create performance reports and insights for internal and external stakeholders.

Business Building & Strategy

-Develop the roadmap for international affiliate network.

- Identify emerging markets, traffic channels, and verticals with high growth potential.

- Contribute to pricing, margin, and partner-incentive strategies to ensure sustainable growth.

 

Requirements

Experience

- 4 of experience in international affiliate marketing, managing campaigns across performance models (CPS, CPL, CPA, CPI, CPR).

- Proven track record of working with global publishers, networks, and advertisers.

- Existing relationships or network of international affiliates and brand partners is highly desirable.

- Experience in affiliate tracking tools (e.g., Trackier, Affise, Impact, etc.) and campaign delivery dashboards.

Skills

- Deep understanding of affiliate economics, attribution, and fraud control mechanisms.

- Strong negotiation and partnership management skills.

- Analytical and data-driven with proficiency in Excel and performance reporting.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

- Entrepreneurial mindset, able to independently build, execute, and scale new business initiatives.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
