Assistant Manager / Manager - Affiliate Marketing

, ,As Assistant Manager / Manager - Affiliate Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing CouponDunia’s affiliate marketing strategy along with leading and nurturing the affiliate team. Your responsibilities will include -
Strategy Development and Implementation:
- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to drive substantial traffic and boost sales through affiliate partners.
- Align the affiliate marketing strategy with overall business goals and objectives.
Merchant Relationship Building:
- You will work with merchants from top e-commerce brands in India. It includes Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and many others. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants across the e-commerce landscape to understand their advertising needs and goals.
- Experience working with top-level executives, including decision-makers. Present reports, trends and pitch new products.
Affiliate Partner Recruitment:
- Identify and recruit new affiliate partners, ensuring their relevance to our brand and target audience.
- Evaluate potential partners and negotiate terms to secure mutually beneficial collaborations.
Manage Existing Relationships:
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing affiliate partners, overseeing commission rates, monitoring performance metrics, and providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Implement effective strategies for partner retention and satisfaction.
Campaign Management:
- Oversee the creation and management of affiliate marketing campaigns, including developing promotional ideas and marketing materials in liaison with relevant teams.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, optimizing strategies to enhance overall performance.
- Collaborate with merchant partners to ensure their expectations align with affiliate marketing strategies.
Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
- Utilize various tools such as affiliate reporting dashboards, analytics software and internal reports to monitor and track the performance of affiliate marketing efforts.
- Make data-driven decisions to adjust strategies and improve overall results.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other teams, including marketing, content, design, product and tech, to integrate and align affiliate marketing strategies with broader business objectives.
Industry Trends and Opportunities:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in the affiliate marketing space.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within the affiliate marketing landscape.
Skills Required:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in affiliate marketing with a proven track record of driving sales and scaling business.
- Expertise: In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing, on-hands experience setting up campaigns via popular affiliate platforms, monitoring & scaling them. Networking & relationship-building expertise, proficient with strategy and negotiation.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with affiliate marketing tools and analytics platforms such as GA4, Looker Studio, tableau, Hasoffers, Trackier, Amazon Affiliates, Flipkart affiliate program etc.
- Strong Leadership Qualities: Should have a clear and strategic vision, and alignment with overall business goals and objectives. Leading and motivating the affiliate team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
